Senior Full Stack Engineer • 10+ Years in Production

Hi, I'm Rajkumar Savani. I'm a full-stack software engineer who takes ownership of the full delivery life cycle — from backend system design to responsive React frontends, production troubleshooting, and mentoring the team along the way. Over the last decade, I've worked on systems where failure is not an option: banking, global logistics, and HIPAA-regulated healthcare.

My Engineering Philosophy

  • Clean architecture over cleverness. Readable, maintainable code on a well-understood runtime will always outperform fragile, over-engineered abstractions.
  • Security by design, not as an afterthought. OWASP secure-coding on every commit. SonarQube and Checkmarx scanning continuously. This isn't a checkbox — it's how I work.
  • Test what matters. JUnit, Mockito, and integration-level coverage as part of the definition of done. Tests aren't optional when your system handles real money or real patient data.

Beyond the Code

I enjoy bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy. I regularly participate in requirement elaboration, effort estimation, and mentoring less experienced engineers to elevate the whole team's output.

I am a heavy adopter of AI-assisted engineering. By integrating tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot into my daily workflow, I accelerate feature delivery and eliminate boilerplate, allowing me to focus on deep architectural problems and secure system design.
